New Horizons

Hello family, friends, Members, and curious neighbours! 

Nich here -- and I have some great news to share with you! I have recently accepted a full-time job here in Kenora working with Technology and Music within our community with a local organization. This is an awesome opportunity to help others and I can't wait to get started April 2025. 

The unfortunately side-effect of this change is it's going to reduce the capacity to deliver the services here at Tech Tavern. There's only 24 hours in a day, and this new position is full-time, which will severely occupy the time allotted for me to work on projects and help my Members with repairs, in-home help, and lessons. 

What does this mean? Effective immediately I'm halting all new Membership sign-ups and no longer renewing any currently Memberships. If you have an annual Membership currently active, it will be honoured for the entire duration of the stated contract. You have my promise that I will do my absolute best to continue to serve you and your family.

Working on technology is something I plan on doing for the rest of my life, so I want to make it crystal clear to you that I'm not stopping doing what I love. I can still do work, accept projects, help with tech, and give lessons. I just won't be able to commit to it in the same way I did in the past and I will have to turn down the vast majority of work I get offered. So this means all services will be limited in scope. I'm sorry that I can't confidently service you in the future, but I promise to do my best when I can.

I will be notifying all Members according to your Membership status and billing timelines. So expect a call, text, or email from me shortly.
