The Pivot

Business is hard. We've been learning that for over 2 decades now. As an independent young man I always found purpose in helping others achieve their full potential. Whether is was teaching someone to play music at 15 years old, helping someone put together their first skateboard at 20 years old, helping someone with their first smartphone at 25, or helping someone fix their phone at 30. Throughout my life there has always been consistent thread: Helping make people's lives measurably easier through help, guidance, and patience. 

Today is no exception. What I do is help others. Every moment of every day. That is my life's work. The unfortunate reality of this work is that in the world of business being nice and helping others doesn't create success. So I had the unfortunate decision to make recently to keep my store open and push through the hard times, or close it and pivot to a new business model. The choice was hard, but the ultimate choice was to Pivot.

Now Tech Tavern has evolved from physical location where we help people, to one where we provide mobile support. We come to you. Wherever you are. 

We're slated to be out of our store by October 1st. So the process is still in motion today August 28th, 2024. But you best believe we'll be updating you all as the pivot happens.
